Bianca has been engaged in all genres of the Performing Arts, training under the tutelage of Peter Oxford, Glenda Yee & William Forsythe. She has choreographed for Australian Dance Idol, has taught in several Sydney based dance & has kept a close association with Showcase The Australian Dance Championships, hosting Ballrooms at Nationals on the Gold Coast, QLD.
After completing full-time under the guidance of Jacqui Howard, Kelly Abbey, Matt Lee & Cameron Mitchell, Bianca's dance career saw her travel within Australia, Japan, America & New Zealand, working alongside performers including Kylie Minogue, Marcia Hines, Dean Perry & Adam Garcia. Bianca’s acting success has seen her appear in the Mini Series Brides of Christ, roles in TV series such as Water Rats, Police Rescue, A Country Practice and Home & Away. She has taught Dance & Drama (Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12) in Primary & Secondary Schools for over 15 years; developing extensive co-curricular dance programs, experience as a HSC & IB Dance & Theatre teacher, Head of House (Pastoral Care) & acting Head of Drama.
Bianca brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her role at Stepaside and she is delighted to share with you the wonderful talents of the Stepaside students in her 12th year as Principal.

Rebecca began her dance training at the age of 3 in the styles of Jazz, Contemporary and Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet. With over 10 years dance teaching experience, Rebecca now holds a BEdu (Early Childhood & Primary) from the University of Notre Dame Australia and an Associate Degree of Dance (Performance) from AMPA (Academy of Music & Performing Arts).
Rebecca has a strong passion for teaching & mentorship, supporting senior students to grow and achieve their personal teaching goals in the newly launched Step Up Program. In 2021 Rebecca continues her successful role a Performance Team coach for Team Fuschia. Joining the Stepaside team in 2013, she loves watching her students grow from strength to strength in a positive and inspiring atmosphere.

Sally is a Graduate of ED5INTERNATIONAL and comes with extensive training in various genres of dance, voice and acting. She has completed Ballet, Tap and Jazz examinations with the British Ballet Organisation (BBO) and Australian Teachers of Dancing (ATOD). Sally has worked on the Australian Dance Spectacular – Disney Performing Arts, Universal Studios LA, P&O Pacific Jewel and the Australian Dance Festival. Sally has 13 years teaching experience, and is an award winning choreographer; most notably winning NSW State Champions in the Primary Division of Wakakirri 2018. Sally has featured as a dancer in the Australian film “Ladies in Black” and TV shows including “Home & Away”, “Love Child” and “A Place To Call Home". She will also appear in upcoming 2021 ABC/BBC Studios drama, “Wakefield”. Sally has been part of the team at Stepaside Studios since 2013, and takes great pride in offering quality tuition through engaging, positive and fun classes.
Diploma in Performing Arts
With over 13 years experience, Cameron started training dancers in BBO and ATOD in his hometown of Canberra. In 2014, Cameron won the Jazz Choreographer award for the NSW AASCF State dance and cheer Competition. He has choreographed School production of Mary Poppins and The Wizard of Oz, as well as being the resident Choreographer for Luna Park, Sydney. Cameron has worked internationally on Princess Cruises, Universal Studios Singapore and toured Australia and New Zealand with the Michael Jackson The Legacy Tour. He has worked for mentors such as Amy Campbell, William A Forsythe, Luke Joslin, Cameron Mitchell, Neil Gooding and Jason Winters. Cameron has worked on “A Place to Call Home” (Seven Network), House of Bond (Nine Network) and Pacific Rim Two (Legendary Pictures). He has worked with Bloom Creative Productions, Packemin productions and works as lead vocalist for the award winning group “The Tap Pack”.
Cameron joined Stepaside Studios in 2019 & is thrilled to be working with our students as coach of our Hip Hop Performance Team in 2021.
Joining Stepaside Studios in 2018, Natalie is trained in a variety of styles & has completed Classical Ballet examinations under R.A.D and Advanced Classical examinations under Cecchetti Ballet Australia. Natalie has performed and competed in various competitions at a national and international level, having recently just returned from competing in Orlando, Florida placing 5th overall.
Currently studying a Bachelor of Primary Education, Natalie’s love for working with children is evident in her fine tutelage & guidance given to her students. Natalie enjoys watching her students grow from young lovers of dance to mature, hard working students.

Kimiko has been dancing for 18 years, training in all styles including: Ballet (RAD, BBO and Vagnova), Tap (BBO and Glenwood), jazz, musical theatre, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, cheerleading, and a variety of urban and ballroom styles. She started full time training when she was 14 at Dubbo Ballet Studio before moving to Canberra and becoming a dance teacher and personal trainer, and receiving her Cert IV in Personal Training at the institute of Personal Training. In 2019 Kimiko completed her Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts & joined Stepaside Studios at the commencement of 2020. Kimiko continues to explore her career in personal training and dance education; dedicating her time to both fields and delivering the best results in the safest (and most fun) ways!
Advanced Diploma in Dance - Elite Performance, Diploma of Musical Theatre, Cert IV in Dance Teaching and Management, Acrobatic Arts & Rhythm Works Integrative Dance Certified
Lizzie began dancing at the age of 9 in her hometown of Junee. While attending boarding school in Sydney, Lizzie trained in a variety of styles, branching out into Cuban Salsa and Brazilian Samba. After taking a gap year and working full time at a dance school, Lizzie was accepted into Lee Academy's rigorous full-time professional program. Lizzie has recently completed her studies in a wide range of styles, including jazz, acro, ballet, hip hop, tap, contemporary, aerials (lyra and silks), singing and musical theatre. Lizzie is currently a dancer in the show 'La Belle Rose', performing at the Magician's Cabaret in Darlinghurst. Lizzie is an accredited AcrobaticArts teacher and has recently completed her Coaches Conference with AASCF (Australian All Star Cheerleading Federation) to head Stepaside's Cheerleading programs in 2021.

Lyndall comes to Stepaside with a wealth of industry experience! After training for 13 years through Glenda Yee School of Dance, Lyndall studied HSC Dance at Newtown High School of Performing Arts and went on to complete her tertiary studies through Ettingshausens & Ev and Bow's full-time dance programs. Lyndall is an established ‘triple threat’ performer who has worked alongside international artists on TV shows such as Young Talent Time, X-Factor, Dance Academy Season 3 and So You Think You Can Dance. She was a Top 5 semifinalist on Season 4’s The Voice, and has performed leading roles in ‘Fame’ the Musical, Girls on Tap, and was most recently a lead singer and dancer with Celebrity Cruise Lines in Australia, USA, New Zealand & Canada.
Lyndall is a passionate teacher who brings with her a wealth of knowledge to her role at @stepasidestudios.
Megan & Isabelle joined the Stepaside student teacher-assistant program in 2018, supporting the junior students of our School. Having studied with Stepaside Studios since 2012, Megan & Isabelle are diligent and dedicated senior students in the styles Tap, Classical Ballet, Musical Theatre & Contemporary genres. Megan and Isabelle bring their passion for dance to our youngest generation of dancers and are proud to be a part of our Step Up Teacher Program.
